These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.mindmaptc.com (the "Site"), operated by Mindmap Training & Consulting CC ("Mindmap", "we", "us", "our"), a training provider based in Windhoek, Namibia. By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or applying for a course through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Mindmap Training & Consulting
Mindmap Training & Consulting provides HPCNA CPD accredited short courses, workshops, and distance-learning programmes for healthcare professionals and other learners across Namibia. 3. Use of This Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. You must not:

- Use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications;
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce course materials, images, or written content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with Mindmap.
4. Course Information & Enrolment
Course names, content, CEU/CPD point allocations, schedules, and fees published on the Site are provided for general information and are updated from time to time; they do not constitute a binding offer until an application has been reviewed and formally accepted by Mindmap. Some courses displayed on the Site are marked "Coming Soon" and are not yet open for enrolment — details for these courses may still change before launch.
Submitting an online application form or the "Apply Now" workflow does not guarantee a place on a course. Acceptance is subject to meeting entry requirements, availability, and any accrediting body (such as HPCNA or the Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council) conditions that apply to the specific course.
5. Fees & Payment
Course fees are quoted in Namibia Dollars (N$) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice for courses not yet commenced. Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund or cancellation conditions are set out in the enrolment documentation you receive once your application is accepted, and where they conflict with general statements on the Site, the enrolment documentation prevails.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, course outlines, graphics, logos, and the Mindmap name and branding — is the property of Mindmap Training & Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
7. Enquiries & Submitted Content
When you submit an enquiry, application, or document (such as a certified copy of a qualification) through a form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
